Do you provide the alcohol?
We are a “dry bar” for hire meaning we can’t sell or provide the alcohol. We do however provide everything else needed to make that delicious drink! Each package includes the mixers and garnishments for your custom drink menu (check out our Packages and Pricing page for more info).
We will prove you with a customized and detailed shopping list with product and quantity suggestions.
What types of events do you attend?
We do them all! From weddings, bridal showers, bachelor and bachelorettes, to holidays, birthdays, brunches, company events and private dinners. We would love to be a part of your special day!
Where are you located? Do you charge for travel?
We call Las Cruces, New Mexico home but love to travel!
For anyone located outside of Dona Ana county, we do charge a trip charge of $2.50/mile. For any events that exceed a 3-hour drive will require an additional $250 for lodging accommodations.
What is your deposit policy?
We require a 50% deposit due at booking to save your date. The remaining 50% will be due 30 days before your event date.
Due to us blocking out your reserved date from further inquires, your deposit is non-refundable.
Are your packages customizable?
Yes! Our packages are fully customizable and based on guest count and drink selection.
Are you certified and insured?
Yes, we are fully insured with general and liquor liability insurance and all of our bartenders are certified through the state of New Mexico.
We are more than happy to provide your venue with our insurance information. Please be aware if your venue has any restrictions or other permits they may need.
What are your requirements for setup?
Our trailer is 17ft L x 8ft W x 10ft H. We will need enough space to be able to pull the trailer in or back the trailer up with a vehicle. The trailer will need a flat area to be placed on, and access to a standard electrical outlet.
If there is no access to an electrical outlet, we can provide a quiet generator for an additional fee.
How soon should we book you?
As soon as you book your venue or have your date set!
What is your cancelation policy?
We understand that some circumstances are beyond your control. However, deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellations within 30 days of your event date loose the right to a full refund of the remaining balance.
